Photo updates while your pet is boarding: what to expect

Photo updates while your pet is boarding let you see the stay instead of only imagining it. I send them every day from my home in Lathrop so you know your dog or cat is settled, eating, and getting time outside or in their quiet room.

I'm Tyler, and I care for pets full time. Regular photo updates are part of every stay. Owners often mention them first when they write about their experience.

What a day of updates looks like

I send photos throughout the day: morning, midday, and evening. They show your pet in the fenced yard, on their bed, or just hanging out. You also get a short note about what they did.

This matches the care here: supervised time, regular potty breaks, and one-on-one attention. You can read more about how your pet stays.

Cindi S. wrote about Jur-nee:

"Tyler made me feel so comfortable and he kept me updated with pictures and telling me what she was doing throughout the whole day."

Updates for dogs and for cats

Dogs get time in the yard and around the house. Cats stay in their own quiet room away from the dogs, with slow introductions. Photo updates come for both.

Hyder G. left this after Sasha's stay:

"Tyler kept me updated and made sure Sasha was happy and well taken care of."

What owners said about the photos

Jordan D. on Ares:

"Communicated regularly, and sent a ton of photos."

Jenny K. on Deku:

"He kept me updated with plenty of photos, including some adorable and funny moments that really put my mind at ease while I was away."

Roger H. on Foxy:

"He kept us posted and sent us pictures of Foxy."

The updates are how I keep the stay transparent. You can see more in the reviews.

How to set expectations before the stay

At the meet and greet we talk about your pet's routine and how you like to hear from me. If you want an update right after drop-off or before bed, just say so. I keep the calendar small so each stay gets real attention, including the messages.

Send a request for a meet and greet with your dates and a photo of your pet. I reply usually the same day.

Ready for the stay?

Request a meet and greet and I'll reply with a time, usually the same day. I serve Lathrop, Manteca, Tracy, Stockton and Modesto.

Questions owners ask

How often do you send photo updates?
Every day of the stay. I send regular photo updates so you can relax knowing your pet is safe and comfortable.
Do you update for cats too?
Yes. Cats get their own quiet space, and photo updates come standard for them as well.
Can I ask for updates at a certain time?
Yes. If a certain time of day works best for you, just say so at the meet and greet.
